Here’s what you’ll need:

Mason jars (8, 12 or 16 oz. depending on how much storage you want/need)

Hose clamps

Wood (the size will vary depending on the size of your mason jars)

Picture hanging kit

Drill and screws

Stain (in a color of your choice)

Here’s what to do:

  1. Stain the wood and let it dry thoroughly
  2. Attach your hose clamps to the wood – there are a few tips that the DIY Playbook gives to make this part a little simpler:
    1. Use your drill bit to start a little hole in the wood first
    2. Then use the drill bit to make a hole in the hose clamp (this will take some muscle)
    3. Then line the holes up and drill the screw through the hose clamp and into the wood
  3. Secure the Mason jars in the hose clamps
  4. Attach to the wall with your picture hanging kit
    1. Tip: It may be easier to hang the wood on the wall without the Mason jars attached, if this is the case, simply switch steps 4 and 5
  5. Enjoy!
