Like many other home trends (shag carpet and lava lamps, to name a few) wood paneling might still be part of your present-day design scheme. It doesn’t have to be!
Diane, blogger of inmyownstyle.com, has created a detailed how-to for tackling the task of painting wood paneling from the 70’s.
Here are some of the supplies you’ll need:
- Primer
- Interior Semi-gloss paint
- 2” angled paint brush
- Smooth nap paint roller, roller cage, and tray
- Drop cloths, ladder, painter’s tape
- Detergent or TSP and water
- Spackle, putty knife, sanding blog with 160 grit sandpaper OR Caulk
