You don’t have to ponder long, because trulia has combed through data to figure out what buyers are into from all over the United States.
Some enlightening information has been gleaned, perhaps not to anyone’s dismay. According to trulia’s blog, from one side of the country to the other, decks ranked the highest as a best-selling amenity. Trulia writes that decks bring in 80% to 120% return on investment – but other amenities were ranked closely in preference. Things like “granite”, “hardwood floors”, “views”, and “storage”.
