I Promise I'll Listen

Recruiters are sales people and sometimes when you have something special in your possession and your job is to share it, you want to shout it from the highest mountain top. I know I want to tell everyone I can get in front of. The problem is, even if you have something special, your message might not get across to the right people or the message might come off as being “too good to be true” if all you I do is talk.

I’d like to hear what you’re looking for to grow your business or career path.

One of the things I work on every day is listening to the needs of the people I’m recruiting. I’m getting better but the saying “It’s hard to teach an old dog new tricks” has never been truer when it’s applied to you (me). If you’re looking for a new company, what are you looking for?
