Thinking of selling your home? You’re not the only one. Many homeowners who initially planned to list their homes this spring have gotten cold feet, according to an article on realtor.com.

The uncertain times of COVID-19 have resulted in people pulling their listings, creating a shortage of housing inventory. In an effort to practice social distancing, sellers are not unreasonably concerned about the spread of germs through open houses.

However, with housing services considered an essential business, realtors are still showing homes while taking extra precautions in order to stay safe. Not to mention, rates are still low.

What does it all mean? All together, it could mean if you’ve been toying with the idea of selling your home, now could be your moment. Talk to a local realtor about listing.
