Ken Sadler’s Return
Stockton Mortgage Corporation welcomes back Ken Sadler; he left the Florence, KY office in 2014 and in just 4 short years has decided to return and serve the Florence area alongside senior mortgage banker, Tom Freppon.
Ken, who is originally from Chicago, moved to Kentucky in 2007. He lives in Union with his wife, Abbey and two sons. He loves living in Kentucky, particularly the Florence area; he says, “Kentucky is a great place to raise a family.” He mentioned the schools as being a big contributing factor and the location of the state itself. You see, Ken and his family love to travel. In fact, once their youngest son, who is now 13, stopped believing in Santa they decided to begin a new family tradition—travelling over the holidays. To date, their favorite travel destination has been New Orleans which they have now visited twice.
In addition to the flexible schedule that the career of the Mortgage Banker has, Ken loves his job because he gets to help people get into homes. “There is so much pride in homeownership and it just feels good to help people achieve that,” states Ken. He went onto talk about refinances and how that can really help to put those in his community in a better position financially and the peace that can bring to their lives.
