Use Our 203K Loans to Update Dated Bathroom!

Bathrooms. We all need them and they have much improved since the days of the outhouse but many times the bathroom is one of the last rooms to get renovated. I don’t know if this is because the thought of closing down usage for such a vital room in the house is terrifying or if they are typically so small that it gets overlooked. But either way a fresh and welcoming bathroom isn’t just nice for you to get ready in but your guests will also appreciate your efforts! The before and after we are going to check out today comes from a DIY’er named Roeshel. There is a link at the end of this post which directs you to all the details.

In order to tackle this makeover, she ripped out the old vanity, medicine cabinet, vinyl flooring and painted the walls! The new vanity was a beautiful rich color topped with Italian Carrara marble, added a gorgeous rectangular mirror and lighting along with some floating shelves. As Roeshel put it, she put in “blood, sweat, tears and lots of DIY and love turning my bathroom into a new beautiful place just for me.” I’ve included the before and after photos of her amazing transformation below but please check out their blog, for more pictures.
