Use 203k Loans to Update Your Dining Room
The McGees who call themselves the “not so newlyweds” give us a peek into their home to see what updates they made. Their dining room was included in the list of updates. They didn’t do a whole lot to change the room but the updates they did make had a huge impact! First, they installed wainscoting on the walls which helped to add even more dimension in contrast to their original chair rail. They painted the room a nice neutral gray and added floor to ceiling curtains with a bold design to make the space feel bigger.
