He’s given us a Loan Scenario Desk, the Save-A-Deal Program, No Score Loans.

David has also given us In-House Construction Loans, Renovation Loans, VA Renovation, TPO’s with Banks and Credit Unions and numerous Non-Agency Programs. We sell directly to FNMA\FHLMC & we’re a GNMA Issuer, we service too. At Stockton, we Underwrite to Agency Guidelines, not some investors.
