Our owner, David Stockton, stuffed our loan officer’s Stockings with Marketing Technology. We have some great young Marketing Team members who have all the tools. He’s given us Total Expert (CRM) to create customers for life, Simple Nexus (Phone app) and Boomerang CRM Marketing add-on. We have Automatic Video Updates sent to the Buyers, Buyers Agents and Listing Agents when processing milestones are reached in Encompass. We can Create Single Property Sites and Open House Fliers and send Interactive Video. And…more to come!
He’s given us a Loan Scenario Desk, the Save-A-Deal Program, No Score Loans.

David has also given us In-House Construction Loans, Renovation Loans, VA Renovation, TPO’s with Banks and Credit Unions and numerous Non-Agency Programs. We sell directly to FNMA\FHLMC & we’re a GNMA Issuer, we service too. At Stockton, we Underwrite to Agency Guidelines, not some investors.
